2 & 3 bedroom golf village houses
standard or superior style

Clustered in small courtyards and gardens, these traditional “village house” style properties nestle between the fabulous “Spa Floresta” pool complex and the magnificent “Floresta Parque” golf course. Always popular throughout the year for their convenient location and attractive setting, these 2 & 3 bedroom houses have ample outside living space. From private terraces and sunny balconies you are offered sweeping views of the resort, golf course and often to the sea beyond through the picturesque valley.

Offering excellent value for money in standard and superior grades, all houses have 2 or 3 bedrooms, minimum of 2 bathrooms, some with cloakroom WC, open living and dining areas with digital satellite TV (free view channels only) and fitted kitchens. The superior style houses are equipped to a higher standard overall incorporating dishwashers and modern co-ordinated interiors and soft furnishings. Standard houses offer more or less the same facilities, but not normally with a dishwasher and are a more traditionally furnished in a slightly older style, but in turn offer good quality, comfortable family accommodation.

Whichever your choice your house is only moments from the 1st tee and clubhouse or the pool and health & beauty complex. A comfortable base for a relaxing holiday where you can try out all the resorts activities and explore the local area.

3 & 4 bedroom villa’s with private pools
standard or superior style

Beautifully located within the grounds of the resort, we are delighted to be able to offer an exclusive range of villas at the Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort. These are offered in Superior and Standard categories, every one of which has been carefully planned and located to take full advantage of the magnificent views across the golf course and rolling hillsides to the ocean beyond. A choice of 3 or 4 bedroom villas (with 2, 3 or even 4 bathrooms) are available.

Each villa is set within its own beautifully landscaped gardens and has a private swimming pool and large spacious sun terraces. Most villas also enjoy a barbecue area to make the most of the superb Algarve climate. A selection of these properties also has optional pool heating for your comfort, (extra charge).

Superior Villas normally would have been refurbished or built within the last 5 years and afford some of the best views and locations, benefiting from either golf frontage or an enviable overall position. Again the difference between either a standard or a superior villa is as outlined for the village houses on the resort.

The main features however are the high standard of the interior décor and furnishings throughout but please note there may be variations from property to property as each villa is privately owned and furnished to individual tastes.
